FAFS Fire Systems is a provider of fire protection services based in Chessington, Greater London. The company was founded in 1990 and installs and maintains fire protection systems under contract for a broad range of business customers mainly in and around the London area. The business benefits from many long-term relationships with some of the UK's leading blue-chip organisations and a broad range of leisure, education, retail and local authority customers. 


Founded in 1937, Hentland operates nationally from headquarters in Bodmin and employs around 100 staff. Hentland provides a comprehensive portfolio of fire protection and security services to over 1,800 customers covering the leisure, logistics, healthcare, food, public service and retail sectors. Hentland’s services are highly complementary to those offered by Swift and FAFS and in common with these businesses benefits from a high proportion of contracted recurring revenues with long-standing customers. 


Titan.pngTitan was founded in 1988 and provides a portfolio of fire protection services, including the installation, service and maintenance of fire detection and fire suppression systems.  Maintaining a strong and loyal customer base within waste recycling, heritage, sports stadia, data centres, care homes, hospitals, distribution, schools, universities and government agencies, Titan further strengthens the Group’s national service delivery.

This customer base includes blue chip names, including high street retailers, banks and housing associations, with relationships that extend over 10+ years for 80% of the clients. The business is highly complementary to the other Marlowe Fire Protection division businesses and should generate  synergies from additional critical mass, improved route densities and cross selling opportunities.
